A major advantage for our clients is having an experienced project manager to assist and co-ordinate the building works including utilising our builder’s trade discounts which are passed onto our clients.
Whether we design the project or the client already has plans and permits we will guide our customers through every stage of the building process.

- preparation of a building specification (if not all ready prepared)
- interior designer consultation at no extra charge
- preparation of a cost estimate for the project
- preparation of a building program
- assistance with obtaining all relevant quotes and making recommendations
- entering into trade agreements
- co-ordination of ordering materials and on site trades based on the program
- arrangement of weekly/fortnightly site meetings and preparation of monthly progress reports.

- oversee all payments on behalf of the client
- handing over the project.
